Product Description:
The wood pellet production line uses wood chips, bamboo chips and

The production process of wood pellets is divided into the
following five processes:
1. Crsuhing machine: The wood or other raw materials to be used
should first be crushed into sawdust.
2. Drying of raw materials: After the raw materials are purchased,
they generally cannot meet our production requirements. The raw
material moisture of normal wood pellets should be about 15%. Such
raw materials not only ensure the stability of the pellets during
the molding process, but also ensure The dryness of the finished
granules is improved.
3. Pelletizer:The sawdust passes through the funnel-shaped die, and
the raw material is forced to be extruded from the die hole
according to a fixed diameter, and finally compressed into dense
particles.
4. Cooling and screening: The temperature of the particles just out
of the ring die machine is relatively high, let them cool in the
trough and then enter the sieve for screening, the particles with
insufficient length and thickness, and unformed wood chips are all
dried out , the rest is high-quality biomass particles with full
particles and bright colors.
5. Packaging and storage: The finished product is packaged,
according to the customer's requirements, in two ways of large
package and small package, and then sent to the warehouse for
storage.

high volatile content, low ignition point, high ignitable density,
