1. Composition of animal feed pellet production line

2. Structure of raw material feeding system:
1. Feeding conveyor:
The function of the loading conveyor is to transport various raw
materials to various processing equipment in a certain proportion,
and at the same time output the finished products to the next
process. According to different material characteristics, choose
different materials for loading conveyors. Commonly used ones
include stainless steel mesh belt type or chain plate type. Since
there are many types of granulators, their feeding methods are also
diverse (such as dry granulation and wet granulation), but the
basic structures are similar.
2. Spiral feeder:
The spiral doser is one of the most widely used dosing devices on
granulators. It mainly consists of screw and seals. When the
material enters the inlet of the spiral doser, it is driven by the
rotating screw and moves linearly in the axial direction; when it
reaches the exit position, it is blocked by the seal and generates
strong friction and is broken into small solid particles. Expelled
from the body; at the same time, due to the rotation of the screw,
the seal generates a certain amount of heat, which increases the
surface temperature of the inner cylinder, which is beneficial to
extending the service life.
3. Vibrating screen:
The function of the vibrating screen is to evenly discharge the
crushed solid powder from the powder bin to the screening system
for screening and classification operations; at the same time, by
adjusting the amplitude, the thickness of the discharged material
and the output can be controlled.
4. Bucket type elevator:
The bucket elevator is similar to an ordinary belt scale and mainly
plays the role of quantitative feeding.
