Feed Pellet Production Line
The pellet feed production line is a complete set of equipment for
producing pellet feed. It is mainly used to produce compound feed
or straw hay powder and press it into pellet feed and powdered
compound feed. The pellet feed unit is a pellet feed processing
equipment specially designed for large farms, feed processing
plants, aquaculture farms, and breeding professionals.
When the temperature reaches about 70℃-80℃, the starch gelatinized
protein can solidify and denature. The inside of the particles is
matured deeply, the surface is smooth and hard, and the length is
adjustable. The molding speed is high, the particles are not easy
to mold and deteriorate, and can be stored for a long time, which
improves the digestion and absorption function of palatable
livestock and poultry, and shortens the fattening period of
livestock and poultry.
Scope of application:
It is widely used in large, medium and small aquaculture, grain and
feed processing plants, livestock farms, poultry farms, individual
farmers and small and medium-sized farms, farmers or large, medium
