The biomass wood pellet mill machine adopts extrusion granulation,

Detailed explanation of the production process of wood pellet mill
machine equipment:
Raw material collection: There are many raw materials for pellet machine, such as crop
straw, wood chips, fruit shells, branches and bark, sawdust, etc.
Raw material crushing: When the pellet machine is granulating, the requirement for the
raw material is 3-5MM, so all the raw materials we collect need to
be crushed except sawdust.
Drying: The wood pellet machine is very strict on the moisture content of
raw materials, and the moisture content should not exceed 18%. If
the water content is too large or overwatered, the resulting
particles will break but will not form.
Pelletizing: Wood pellet machine is the main equipment of the whole production
line. According to output and usage, there are two types of pellet
machines: flat die and ring die. The equipment is stable in
operation, strong in pressure, high in particle density, high in
molding rate, and resistant to combustion.
Pellet cooling: The temperature of the freshly made wood pellets is as high as 80
to 90 degrees, and can be bagged and stored after being cooled to
room temperature by a cooling machine.
Granule packaging: convey the cooled and complete granules to the packaging machine
with a conveyor, and the packaging machine will measure and pack
them into bags, and finally send them to the finished product
warehouse. Then it can be sold directly.

Operation
1. Operators should familiarize themselves with this instruction
manual, be familiar with the performance, structure and operation
methods of the machine, and carry out installation, commissioning,
use and maintenance according to the provisions of this instruction
manual.
2. Hard (metal) sundries should be cleared from the processed
materials, so as not to damage the machine and cause accidents.
3. During the processing, it is strictly forbidden for operators to
put their hands into the transmission part and the granulation
chamber to prevent accidents.
4. Always check the wear of the mold pressure roller, and adjust,
replace or repair it if necessary.
5. If you need to check the pellet machine, you must cut off the
power supply to ensure safety.
